RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


At Hoot n’ Wink, we take pride in delivering high-quality clothing that meets your expectations. Every item undergoes rigorous quality checks before being shipped. However, if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, we’re here to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the terms below.


1. RETURNS POLICY
We have a strict no-return policy except in the following cases:

  • Wrong Item Delivered – If you receive an incorrect product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective Product – If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

Important:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to request a return. The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time, ensuring no tampering.
  • Returns for any other reasons (change of mind, dislike of color, size issues, etc.) are not accepted.

How to Request a Return?

  1. Email us at support@hootnwink.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Share the unboxing video and photos as proof of damage or wrong item received.
  3. Our team will review your request and approve or reject the return based on the evidence provided.

Return Process & Conditions

  • If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product to our warehouse.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
  • Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed (if applicable).

2. EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Item Delivered – If we sent the wrong size, color, or product.
  • Damaged Product – If your order is damaged in transit.
  • Size Misfit – If the size doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for another size (subject to availability).

Exchange Conditions:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for the exchange request to be processed.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery via support@hootnwink.com.
  • For wrong or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost. For size misfits, customers must ship the item back to our warehouse at their own cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will offer an alternative option.

3. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only processed in the case of a wrong item delivered or a damaged product and after the return has been successfully received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 15 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • No cash refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Online paid orders & COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or during the COD verification call.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Hoot n’ Wink’s decision is final in all return, exchange, refund, and cancellation matters.
  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice. Please review them before making a purchase.
