  • Discounts, offers, and promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Payment & Billing

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD with extra charges).
  • All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
  • If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. International orders will have additional shipping charges.
  • Online paid orders are shipped within 24 hours (except Sundays and government holidays).
  • COD orders require verification via call/message and are shipped only after successful verification.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Online Paid Orders: 6 to 10 days
    • COD Orders: 9 to 12 days
  • We use trusted logistics partners like DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon, and Shadowfax through our shipping aggregator.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for wrong or damaged products. No returns for other reasons.
  • Exchanges are allowed for wrong items, damaged products, or size misfits.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 to 15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours or during the COD verification call.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • All content on HootnWink.com, including images, logos, product designs, and website content, is owned by Hoot n’ Wink and is protected under intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
