Shipping Policy


At Hoot n’ Wink, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Our shipping policy ensures transparency regarding delivery timelines, charges, and procedures. Please read the details carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We deliver across India.
  • International Shipping: We ship globally, but international orders incur additional shipping charges based on the destination.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders (India).
  • International shipping charges apply and vary based on country and order weight.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Online Paid Orders: Shipped within 2-3 days, as each piece is made to order. Shipped within 24 hours if item is already in stock (except Sundays & government holidays).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Require order verification via call or message. The product is shipped only after successful verification.

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Online Paid Orders: Delivery within 6 to 10 days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivery within 9 to 12 days.
  • International Orders: Delivery time varies based on the destination and shipping provider.

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier partner issues, remote location deliveries, or government restrictions.


5. Shipping Partners
We use India’s top logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon, Shadowfax
  • Shipping aggregator: May vary.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Note: If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us at support@hootnwink.com.


7. Order Issues & Non-Delivery

  • If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors or security.
  • If you still cannot find your package, report the issue within 24 hours so we can coordinate with the courier.
  • Orders with incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts due to the recipient’s unavailability may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

8. International Shipping Policies

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.
  • Delivery timelines depend on international courier services and may take longer than domestic orders.

9. Address Change & Order Modification

  • Address changes or order modifications are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order or during COD verification.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before shipping.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
